is located at Philipps University Marburg (Germany), Department
of Neurology. Project coordinator is Prof. Wolfgang Oertel who
is supported by the senior project manager. (See Contact for more

by the chief information officer (CIO) from the IT-partner, interActive
Systems GmbH, Berlin.
In order to facilitate project administration and progress, the
network is organised in a nodal structure. There are 4 node coordinators.
All other participants are assigned to the according nodes. For
more details see illustration below.
There are two decision making boards: the Contractors Council
that comprises all project members, and the Steering Committee.
Members of the Steering Committee are Wolfgang Oertel (Marburg),
Olivier Rascol (Toulouse), Klaus L. Leenders (Groningen), Andrew
Lees (London), Werner Poewe (Innsbruck), Cristina Sampaio (Lisbon),
Eduardo Tolosa (Barcelona), and the IT-partner interActive Systems
(Berlin). The Steering Committee supervises the work in progress,
taking any decisions in between plenary meetings and problem solving
where necessary.
Project tasks and responsibilities are defined in terms of work
packages which are assigned to specialist teams. Proposals developed
by each team are presented for decision to the relevant boards
which coordinate the cooperation between the various work groups.
